Three sizes of cupcakes for this wedding celebration- giant, regular and mini! These are apple flavoured (with real chunks of apple) and cream cheese icing topped with Skor bits. The giant cupcake ‘liner’ was made by casting candy melts into the baking tin to create a candy shell. I got the fantastic tutorial for it here.
